Consent to personal data processing

Acting freely, of my own will and in my own interests, I give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the following operator:

Purpose and data

Purpose: reviewing my collaboration request and contacting me about collaboration. Data: name, email, selected role, organisation and country I provide, message, consent record, text version and submission time. Optional fields are processed only if completed.

Processing operations

I permit collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use to respond, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automation. Data is not for publication, sale, advertising or cross-border transfer. A contractor may process it only on the operator’s instructions, subject to confidentiality and storage in Russia.

Duration and withdrawal

Data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation for up to 12 months from receipt, no longer than necessary for the purpose or until withdrawal. I may withdraw by contacting the operator and identifying my request and contact details. Data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is legally required.

Consent is given through a separate, initially unchecked checkbox. Submission is not currently connected; the operator receives no form data.

Request submission terms

Through a separate checkbox I accept these terms: a request expresses interest in cooperation and creates no obligations for either party. I provide my own accurate contact details. Submission will become available once receiving requests is set up. Accepting these terms does not replace consent to data processing.
