This policy applies to osmonichra.ru and information voluntarily entered in its forms. Legal basis: Russian Federal Laws No. 152-FZ on Personal Data and No. 422-FZ.

Data and purposes

Collaboration requests: name, email, role, optional organisation, country and message. Consent and terms acceptance, text version and submission time are also processed. Purposes: responding to requests and discussing collaboration. No advertising mailings.

Do not include sensitive data, health information, payment details or other people’s personal data in a message.

Storage and security

When submission is enabled, data must be stored on servers in the Russian Federation for no more than 12 months from receipt, or until the purpose is achieved or consent withdrawn, whichever comes first. Access restrictions, secure transmission and deletion apply.

Submission destinations are currently not configured. Form data is not sent to the operator or stored by this site. Russian hosting of the future storage service must be confirmed before enabling submission. Cross-border transfer is not planned.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent by contacting the operator. After withdrawal, processing stops and data is deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by law. You may complain to Roskomnadzor or a court.
